Acte necesare pentru preschimbarea permisului de conducere

Preschimbarea se face in cazul in care permisul de conducere expira sau in momentul in care detinatorul isi schimba domiciliul.

Fisa detinatorului de permis de conducere completata prin dactilografiere, cu fotografia atasata il locul special dedicat, semnata si cu timbrul primit odata cu fotografiile lipit pe verso;
Chitanta care face dovada platii contravalorii permisului de conducere achitata la CEC;
Copie dupa permisul de conducere;
Copie dupa actul de identitate;
Fisa medicala avizata de catre organele competente;
Permisul de conducere vechi.
